Our Yoga for Kids and Teens supports focus, strength, balance, and emotional regulation. It helps reduce anxiety while improving physical and mental well-being—all in a fun, engaging environment. Each class blends age-appropriate yoga poses, movement, breathing techniques, a sound bath and guided relaxation, all infused with learning about holistic nutrition. Classes are typically split by age:
